Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before scheduling laundry services with IstriGhar in Surat.

By booking a pickup or utilizing laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, shoe cleaning, or household care services from IstriGhar (Surat, Gujarat), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Garment Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect all garments at the time of delivery.

Non-Refundable Bills

Bills once generated cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Stain Removal Disclaimer

Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Delicate & Handloom Fabrics

Handloom, silk, dyed, and delicate fabrics may experience slight color fading, shrinkage, or texture changes due to their natural characteristics.

Complaint Reporting Window

Any complaint must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with the original invoice and garment tag.

Maximum Liability Cap

Maximum liability for any proven damage is limited to 3× the service charge paid for the affected garment.

Valuables Removal

Please remove all valuables, cash, and personal belongings from garment pockets before handing over your laundry.
